Overview of the Role
We are looking for a Flutter Mobile Application Developer with hands-on experience building and scaling mobile apps. You’ll own app architecture, guide technical decisions, and work closely with backend teams and stakeholders to deliver stable, high-performing applications across platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Build responsive user interfaces and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Define and lead state management using Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or similar patterns.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, stability, and reliability.
- Set and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Review code, identify performance bottlenecks, and resolve technical challenges.
- Mentor junior developers and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
- Collaborate with backend teams and stakeholders on system design and API contracts.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and critical production fixes.
Desired Skills and Background
- 4–5 years of experience in Flutter mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and state management patterns.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar task and issue management tools.
- Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Ability to take ownership, make technical decisions, and guide a team.
