Overview of the Role
The role is focused on building and maintaining business relationships across Punjab, specifically services offered through platforms such as Sewa Kendras. This position requires strong expertise in institutional and direct sales, with an emphasis on proposal creation, deal negotiation, and closing. The candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, developing partnerships, and expanding the company’s network through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build market presence by identifying, developing, and negotiating new business relationships, especially in banking, insurance, and B2C service networks across Punjab.
- Deep understanding and experience with B2C solutions like legal services, Amazon services, PAN card services, tax services, and similar offerings.
- Identify and propose potential business deals by contacting prospective partners/customers and exploring opportunities for B2C services in Sewa Kendras.
- Conduct screening and analysis of potential deals, considering market strategies, deal requirements, and financial aspects.
- Address business and customer issues through strong communication and quick problem-solving skills.
- Successfully position, market, and sell company products/services, demonstrating proven success in institutional sales.
- Confidently negotiate and close deals with a positive attitude towards dealing with institutional stakeholders.
- Maintain strong communication skills across various channels, including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentations.
- Manage time efficiently with excellent organizational skills.
- Solve problems hands-on, generating ideas and solutions independently.
- Organize constant brand promotion and marketing efforts using cost-effective and innovative methods.
- Collaborate with business teams to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end B2C product solutions, improving user experience and integrating issue prevention tools and user education mechanisms.
- Establish partnerships with various companies to create additional revenue streams.
- Partner with appropriate payment gateways to broaden payment acceptance for Indian customers.
- Build and maintain strong alliances with service aggregators.
Desired Skills/Background
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, MBA preferred.
- Proven expertise in institutional sales, business development, and direct sales.
- Experience in B2C services like legal, tax, and Amazon-related services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent ability to generate solutions and innovative ideas for business development.
