Overview of the Role
As a seasoned Business Development/Sales Manager in the IT/ITES Industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving proactive business growth and fostering strong client relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in studying, designing, and creating detailed project reports (DPRs), white papers, and proposals, while also overseeing broad-level budgeting.
Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence.
Cultivate and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Lead the study, design, and creation of DPRs, white papers, proposals, and broad-level budgeting.
Conduct thorough research to identify emerging markets and evolving customer needs.
Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to showcase our offerings.
Strategically promote our products/services to meet client objectives and address future needs.
Provide reliable feedback and exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Establish and maintain enduring relationships with new and existing customers.
Desired Skills and Background
Experience ranging between 7 – 10 Years preferably in Government domain.
Proven track record as a business development/sales manager in the IT/ITES Industry, with experience in public sector projects.
Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Comprehensive understanding of System Integration Services.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in high-level negotiation techniques. and prior experience in customer support and relationship management.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborative mindset with emotional maturity, innovation, and self-motivation.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
