• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of government IT projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Ensure that projects meet their objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, vendors, and internal departments.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment towards project goals.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Foster a high-performance culture and a positive working environment.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and control project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Implement problem-solving techniques to address project challenges and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
• Track project expenditures and manage financial aspects to stay within budget constraints.
• Optimize the use of internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and government regulations.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project quality and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• At least 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in government IT projects, with a focus on Smart Cities, E-Governance, and Data Centers.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, data center operations, and smart city technologies. Experience with E-Governance platforms and solutions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex project-related issues.
• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with government agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
